Introducing the GEE Pro Counter Top Twin, a dual-group head countertop coffee machine that's part of the "Pro Counter Top System." This model inherits the GCM-2109 series' hallmark of versatility and independent operation, with each side functioning as its own unit. This allows users to operate one side at a time or brew three different types of beverages-espresso, drip coffee, and tea espresso-on the same machine, with customizable settings and portafilters.
The machine offers more than just basic espresso functions. It includes natural drip and pressure drip modes that can be adjusted based on the roast of the coffee beans, giving you complete control over the brewing speed. The specialized drip shower replicates hand-pour techniques, ensuring consistent water flow and producing top-tier drip coffee.
The Pro Counter Top Twin is as impressive mechanically as it is in its programming. Each side comes with a 1-liter main boiler and a 1-liter preheat boiler, ensuring a continuous and stable supply of hot water for high-demand environments. A 3.2-inch TFT screen on each side of the front panel provides clear and comprehensive information during standby, brewing, and even during maintenance checks, making it easy to manage and adjust the machine's settings.
At the back, the machine features a customizable area marked "Tea & Espresso" that can be illuminated with LED lighting, offering a sleek, modern design that enhances brand visibility. The LEDs also serve as status indicators, allowing you to easily monitor the machine's condition.
A central opening runs through the machine, creating a closer connection between barista and customer and offering a full view of the brewing process, showcasing the freshness of each beverage.
