The GEE Pro Counter Top Twin is a dual-group head coffee machine designed for countertop use and is part of the "Pro Counter Top System." It continues the legacy of the GCM-2109 series with its independent system on each side, allowing the two sides to operate without interference. This setup permits the machine to brew three distinct beverages-espresso, drip coffee, and tea espresso-using adjustable settings and different portafilters.
Beyond espresso, the machine offers two drip coffee modes: natural drip and pressure drip. These can be customized based on the coffee beans' roast level, providing meticulous control over the extraction process. The built-in drip shower replicates the manual pour-over method, guaranteeing a smooth water flow for high-quality drip coffee.
Mechanically, the Pro Counter Top Twin is robust. Both sides of the machine house a 1-liter main boiler and a 1-liter preheat boiler, ensuring a steady supply of hot water, perfect for commercial settings. The front of the machine is equipped with a 3.2-inch TFT display on each side, giving users a complete overview during operation, parameter changes, or any maintenance needs, facilitating quick and easy management.
The back features a customizable logo area marked "Tea & Espresso," which can be lit with LED lights, creating a high-end, stylish appearance. These LEDs also act as status indicators, providing instant feedback on the machine's condition.
In the center, a large opening runs through the machine, enhancing the interaction between barista and customer and allowing customers to watch the brewing process, highlighting the freshness and quality of the beverages.
