The GEE Pro Counter Top-Main Machine (GCM-2109T) is a multifunctional countertop coffee and tea espresso machine, developed from the GCM2109S to better support tea espresso preparation. Since tea espresso requires a larger volume of hot water, a 1-liter pre-heat boiler has been added to the control box to provide a reliable hot water supply. This machine brews espresso, drip coffee, and tea espresso with just a simple setting adjustment. The limit extract feature, combined with the specialized pressure portafilter, enhances tea flavors while reducing bitterness.
The Pro Counter Top's design separates the group head, steam, and hot water functions into individual units, offering flexibility in how they are arranged. This separation also allows for energy savings during off-peak hours by only activating the necessary machines. Its compact design eliminates barriers between staff and customers, promoting a more interactive and engaging service experience.
