The GEE Pro Counter Top Twin is a versatile countertop coffee machine with dual group heads, engineered as part of the "Pro Counter Top System." Building on the multifunctionality and independent system capabilities of the GCM-2109 series, each side operates as a distinct unit. This design enables either side to function independently or to brew three different beverages-espresso, drip coffee, and tea espresso-on the same machine, thanks to flexible mode settings and portafilter configurations.
For coffee brewing, the machine offers more than just espresso. It includes natural drip and pressure drip modes, which can be tailored according to the roast level of the coffee beans, offering fine control over the brewing speed. The drip shower feature mimics the hand-pour technique, ensuring a consistent water flow for expertly crafted drip coffee.
The Pro Counter Top Twin is not only strong in software but also in hardware. Each side is fitted with a 1-liter main boiler and a 1-liter preheat boiler, ensuring a continuous supply of hot water for busy environments. The machine's front boasts a 3.2-inch TFT screen on both sides, providing real-time information whether the machine is idle, brewing, or in need of maintenance. This makes it straightforward to adjust parameters or monitor the machine's status.
A customizable logo area labeled "Tea & Espresso" is positioned at the back of the machine and can be illuminated with LED lighting to create a sleek and modern look. The LED lights also function as status indicators, allowing users to easily track the machine's condition.
Additionally, a central opening runs through the machine from front to back, enhancing the connection between barista and customer, while giving customers a clear view of the brewing process and the freshness of their beverages.
