The GEE Pro Counter Top Twin is a dual-group head coffee machine that belongs to the "Pro Counter Top System." It continues the tradition of the GCM-2109 series with its independent system, where each side operates as a standalone machine. This design allows for independent use of either side or the ability to brew three distinct beverages-espresso, drip coffee, and tea espresso-on one machine, depending on the settings and portafilter configuration.
This machine goes beyond espresso with its two drip coffee modes: natural drip and pressure drip. These modes can be adjusted to match the roast level of the coffee beans, providing precise control over the brewing process. The drip shower feature emulates hand-pouring, ensuring a stable water supply and smooth flow, resulting in professional-grade drip coffee.
Mechanically, the Pro Counter Top Twin is well-equipped. Each side contains a 1-liter main boiler and a 1-liter preheat boiler, guaranteeing a reliable and constant supply of hot water, ideal for commercial operations. The front of the machine features 3.2-inch TFT screens on both sides, offering detailed information during all phases-whether the machine is idle, brewing, or undergoing maintenance. This ensures easy and efficient monitoring and control.
The machine's back includes a customizable logo area labeled "Tea & Espresso," which can be highlighted with LED lighting to create a sophisticated and stylish appearance, enhancing customer engagement with the brand. The LED lights also function as status indicators, making it easy to check the machine's operational state.
A large opening through the center of the machine brings the barista closer to the customer, allowing customers to see the brewing process firsthand, ensuring that the freshness and quality of each drink are fully appreciated.
